Titan Workforce is seeking qualified candidates for high level finish work in Punch List/ Prep Detail work for production pace residential construction. Openings exist in American Canyon, Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park with 24 hours per week on the first shift.

Responsibilities include identifying punch list items, drywall repair and texture matching, baseboard and hardware installation, tile/caulking/paint prep, stucco repair and minor carpentry to finalize homes around 2,500 sq ft+ within 8-12

Formación

• No formal education required.
• Experience in finish carpentry and drywall repair preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Must be able to identify punch list items on a home
• Perform Drywall Repair, texture matching and paint
• The ability to install hardware
• Fix broken tile or wood floor
• Installation of baseboard
• Cabinet touch up and repair (Touch up and trim)
• Minor drywall repair (size of a half-dollar or less)
• Caulking and paint prep work
• Minor stucco repair and concrete patch work
• Minor carpentry duties, e.g. baseboard and casing installation, door adjustments, hardware installation

Our company partners with large scale homebuilders throughout Northern California. Currently we have openings in American Canyon, Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park

We are currently looking for qualified candidates for high level finish work in Punch List/ Prep Detail work. It is production pace residential construction work with an emphasis on high quality workmanship.

Job Description:

The job involves preparing new homes for delivery over to new homeowners, includesanything from:

paint touch ups, caulking, fixing all trim carpentry work such as windowcasings, base and crown, cabinet repairs/touch ups, drywall repair & patching - including texture matching (must be highly skilled) , some tile repair, light electrical repairs/ testing, finalcleaning, must know what to look for to finalize a home and may need to create your own punch list most times.

Essential to have all tools, skills and ability to perform all punch items in the entire home(2500 Sq. Ft. + average) in 8-12hrs or less per home.Home values range from $600,000 - $950,000. Must have the required skills to complete a home of this size and value.
