Citigroup’s Residential Financing & Securitization group, currently employing 15 mortgage finance professionals, is seeking to add an Assistant Vice President to its securitization and advisory team.
The group engages in various aspects of the U.S. residential mortgage sector, focusing on the non-agency market, including credit risk transfer deals, seasoned, re-performing, and non-performing collateral, as well as new origination prime and near prime collateral, HELOCs, closed-end second mortgages, small balance commercial (SBC), residential transition loans (RTL), and single-family rental (SFR) markets. It provides credit facilities for residential mortgage-backed assets, issues, underwrites, and syndicates securitizations (as principal and agent), and offers whole loan advisory and brokerage services to large institutional clients, including GSEs. The team collaborates closely with mortgage trading & sales, legal, the investment bank, and external deal parties.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
