Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential direct sales professional to cover the Waco, TX greater market. You will represent a top-tier internet provider in a field-based role, starting with a $34,000 base and uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential up to $90,000 on-target.

The role is face-to-face, outdoor, and requires proactive prospecting. Schedule is Tue–Sat with weekends possible; you will obtain new customers, discuss service needs, and drive sign-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.
• Aggressively pursue leads daily and report sales statistics to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay informed about market competition.
• Work face-to-face and door-to-door with a flexible Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
