Job summary

Comcast is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to promote and sell XFINITY Residential products door-to-door within an assigned turf in the United States. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and meet sales targets through product knowledge, campaigns, and personalized recommendations.

The role requires the ability to walk long distances in various weather, weekend/evening availability, and the willingness to travel to multiple dwellings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to walk long distances and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively; evaluating individual customers' needs and making recommendations
• Increasing understanding of products and pricing models and benefits over competitors
• Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to show Comcast advantages
• Meet physical requirements of walking/traveling door-to-door in all weather
• Attend and maintain any credentials/licenses to sell/alarm systems as required by law
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance
• Regular, punctual attendance; ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedules
• Other duties as assigned
