Fybe is bringing fast, reliable fiber internet to rural North Carolina, and we’re hiring a Residential Fiber Sales Representative in Martin, NC. This part-time role (evenings & weekends) offers base pay of $17/hour plus uncapped commission.

As the face of Fybe in the community, you’ll meet homeowners door-to-door, explain benefits, build a sales pipeline, and track activity. You’ll work up to 25 hours per week, mostly evenings and Saturdays, with the freedom to drive your own success.

Competenze

• At least one year of sales experience, including commission-based sales.
• Ability to talk with people and build trust quickly.
• Comfort using mobile tech, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for evenings and Saturdays.

Mansioni

• Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
• Explain the benefits of Fybe fiber internet and home phone.
• Recommend services based on each customer’s needs.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
