Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience cleaning in commercial or residential settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of Building Environmental Technicians' cleaning tasks in accordance with Housing and Residence Life standards.
• Supervise cleaning operations across 2–3 residential complexes and up to 8 employees, plus seasonal staff.
• Train staff on procedures, new products and equipment, and safety requirements.
