Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to support safe, comfortable housing for clients in our residential programs. In this field-based role, you’ll perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple sites, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.

You will conduct inspections, complete work orders, maintain tools and supplies, and coordinate with vendors while following safety, licensing, and building codes.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform both routine and emergency maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety practices, licensing, and building codes.
