Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year technical school or degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience with framing and construction of homes preferred.
• Experience estimating wood frame, new residential construction preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel to job sites if needed.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with EPS District Sales Managers and EPS Dealers.
• Assist Dealers with framing take-offs and estimates.
• Quote projects.
• Assist with organizing and creating EPS Dealer information packets.
• Coordination of building orders, delivery and general service.
• Observe all applicable corporate safety policies and procedures.
