Job summary

Lifespan Incorporated is seeking compassionate Residential Enrichment Specialists to support people with disabilities in group homes and community settings. We offer training, flexible full- and part-time schedules, and a supportive team environment to help you grow.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help residents engage in social and recreational activities. A background check, drug screen, and valid First Aid/CPR certification are required or provided

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years of age.
• Background and healthcare registry checks required.
• Drug screen and driving record check if transporting.
• First Aid/CPR certification required or provided during training.

Responsibilities

• Teach skills to promote independence.
• Support community inclusion and integration.
• Mentor individuals to build social skills and relationships.
• Provide guidance and support in daily activities (eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene).
• Assist with meals and meal preparation.
• Monitor health and safety objectives and report outcomes.
• Support participation in leisure and recreational activities.
• Document activities using electronic health records and submit required documentation on schedule.

No problem!
