Qualifications
5+ years of experience in residential repair or construction, HVAC installation, or energy efficiency upgrades.
3 years of experience with residential repairs and energy efficiency upgrades.
Ability to develop detailed scopes of work (SOW) and accurate cost estimates.
Responsibilities
Oversee the repair of 150 homes annually under the SOUL program.
Coordinate communication between contractors and Community Power Navigators.
Drive accurate real-time updates in Salesforce CRM for reporting.
