Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential repair or construction, HVAC installation, or energy efficiency upgrades.
• 3 years of experience with residential repairs and energy efficiency upgrades.
• Ability to develop detailed scopes of work (SOW) and accurate cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the repair of 150 homes annually under the SOUL program.
• Coordinate communication between contractors and Community Power Navigators.
• Drive accurate real-time updates in Salesforce CRM for reporting.
