Job summary

Beacon Home Services is seeking skilled Residential Electricians with 3+ years of electrical experience to service homeowners in our Montgomery County, MD service area (and Northern Virginia).

This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting and full-system support, delivering code-compliant repairs, preventative maintenance, and clear guidance to homeowners, while benefiting from weekly pay, a company vehicle, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and codes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan, iPad, and inventory systems.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain residential electrical systems.
• Diagnose issues and provide code-compliant solutions.
• Educate homeowners on their electrical systems and upkeep.
• Document work accurately and maintain vehicle inventory.
• Communicate with Dispatch, customers, and teammates.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
