Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all things residential including sales and installations of EV chargers, hot tubs and other electrical services and products. This role will handle installation and wiring repair calls, service upgrades, service replacements, and lighting jobs. Additionally, you\'ll play a vital role in supervising and training apprentices on the job.

Responsibilities

• Offer consultative services to clients, identifying and solving electrical issues while recommending suitable upgrades or improvements
• Inspect, test and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components
• Estimate project costs and timelines with a focus on meeting client expectations and maximizing sales opportunities
• Perform work in compliance with current Electrical Code, state and local building regulations
• Maintain accurate digital records /pictures of work performed and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Supervise and share knowledge with apprentices

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Completion of an electrical program at a technical or trade school
• 4 or more years experience in the electrical trade
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Persuasive communication skills to influence client decisions and promote additional services
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and live in the Tampa, FL area
