Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

The Service Electrician provides electrical repair and services, ensuring quality work, efficiency, and compliance with codes. Deliver exceptional customer service by respecting customers and creating positive service experiences.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Provide repair/replacement recommendations
• Install and replace electrical components
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance
• Access various building areas safely
• Use tools and equipment proficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers and team
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely
• Upsell and educate customers on services
• Maintain tools and stock in company vehicle
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years’ residential/light commercial experience
• Valid Driver’s License; State Electrical License a plus
• Fluent in English

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of electrical methods, materials, tools
• Safety-conscious with hazard awareness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Dependable and punctual

Work Environment

Work involves indoor and outdoor environments, with typical safety precautions. Travel to multiple locations daily for service calls. Activities include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally.
