The Seminole Tribe of Florida Housing Department seeks a skilled Journeyman Electrician to install, modify, maintain and repair electrical systems across STOF residential facilities on Big Cypress, Brighton and other reservations within a 100-mile radius.

You will work independently with latitude, read electrical diagrams, and use specialized tools. A Florida license and a valid driver's license are required, with on-call rotations after hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Florida electrician license required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a skilled electrician or related field.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
• Ability to travel to all Reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Install, alter, maintenance and repair electrical systems, equipment and fixtures for STOF Brighton Reservation and Housing facilities.
• Work independently with latitude to determine methods of work.
• Read sketches, blueprints and electrical diagrams; use specialized tools and testing instruments.
• Support other trades’ helpers as needed during electrical projects.
