Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety concerns.
• Perform code-compliant repairs, installations, and upgrades, including panels, breakers, wiring, and circuits; switches, receptacles, lighting, and specialty fixtures.
• Conduct thorough system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners.
• Provide professional recommendations and solutions with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and NEC code requirements.
• Document work accurately using mobile service software.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicle.
• Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience on every call.
