Qualifications

2+ years of residential electrical experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Solid knowledge of residential wiring, circuits and systems.
Comfortable communicating with homeowners in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety concerns.
Perform code-compliant repairs, installations and upgrades, including panels, breakers, wiring, circuits, switches and outlets.
Conduct thorough electrical system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners.
Provide professional recommendations and solutions with integrity and customer satisfaction in mind.
Ensure all work meets local, state and NEC code requirements.
Document work accurately using mobile service software.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicle.
Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience on every call.
