Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro is seeking a skilled Residential Service Electrician to diagnose and resolve electrical concerns for homeowners across the Charlotte Metro area. You will manage the customer experience from arrival to job completion, delivering high-quality residential electrical work and clear explanations of options.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional electrical experience.
• Strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential electrical work.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and digital job-management tools.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential electrical issues.
• Performing electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and installations.
• Completing work ranging from fixtures and devices to circuits, panels, wiring, and larger residential projects.
• Explaining findings clearly and helping customers understand options.
• Providing solutions based on customer needs, priorities, and home.
• Completing accurate job notes, photos, estimates, and required documentation.
• Communicating with office and installation teams when additional work is needed.
• Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, equipment, and assigned technology.
