Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman level: 4+ years of residential electrical experience or completion of an apprenticeship.
• Must read blueprints and electrical plans; NEC knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; pass drug screen and background check.
• Experience with generators, EV chargers, and service upgrades preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install rough-in and trim-out wiring in new homes.
• Perform remodels, additions and basement finishes.
• Install services, meter bases, panels, and grounding systems.
• Troubleshoot outlets, switches, and lighting issues.
• Read plans and lay out work to NEC/local codes.
• Prepare for inspections and address inspector notes.
• Mentor apprentices and helpers on site.
