Job summary

Reliable Electric is hiring in Dayton to support residential service projects with experienced journeymen who mentor new crew members. You will work on service upgrades, lighting retrofits, standby generators, and pool wiring on real homes across the Dayton area.

You will join a team dedicated to meaningful work from day one, with merit-based growth and strong safety training. This role emphasizes customer interaction and physical readiness for varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service experience.
• Ability to positively interact with customers.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work on residential service projects across the Dayton area.
• Assist on upgrades, lighting retrofits, standby home generators, pool wiring and other residential tasks.
