IES is seeking a Residential Electrical Helper in Las Cruces to assist with electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, ensuring work meets safety and code standards. You will collaborate with project teams, review plans, and support field operations to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to support project execution.
• Support diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project activities and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work and project activities.
• Support project timelines and assist with resolving operational concerns in the field.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and job site conditions to support operational efficiency and safety.
• Assist senior technicians and support field operations as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication throughout all customer and operational interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
