Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services in Delaware County is seeking a residential electrician to join our trusted team. You will repair electrical systems, replace components, and ensure safe installations while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in residential electrical work, OSHA 10/30 preferred, ability to troubleshoot, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass drug screening and background check.

Qualifications

• Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Replaces conduit and wiring as needed.
• Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Complete special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed

• Construction experience
• 2 years' experience in the residential electrical field required, or equivalent experience
• OSHA 10/30 preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
• Ability to complete equipment maintenance
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur)
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Maneuver through very restricted spaces.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
