Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrician to join our team in the Delaware County area. You will diagnose and repair electrical systems across residential and commercial projects, from service calls to new installations.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years electrical experience, residential service preferred.
• Extensive rough wire experience required.
• Lutron lighting knowledge a plus.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar app-based service software is a plus.

Compensation Details

$25.00 to $45.00 per hour plus incentive opportunities

Our Lead Electricians maintain electrical service by diagnosing and repairing electrical problems in both residential and commercial applications. We’ve been in business for a long time and are looking for someone to join our team who wants this to be their final career stop. Because we do a little bit of everything, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work on commercial and residential projects, new construction, service calls, generators, audio/video systems, security systems, and bucket truck work. What You’ll Do

• Diagnoses electrical problems, troubleshooting systems and conducting tests.
• Repairs electrical problems by replacing faulty parts and components.
• Maintains electrical systems by conducting system tests and completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with codes.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
• Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Ensures cleanliness of work location at completion of each day.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years electrical experience preferably in residential service work
• Extensive rough wire experience a must
• Lutron lighting system knowledge a plus
• Experience using Service Titan or other app-based service program a plus
• Valid Driver's License and clean driver record

Physical Requirements

Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring. Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position requires driving a company vehicle and meeting company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements. You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least three (3) continuous years immediately preceding today’s date.
