Over The Moon Heating, Air & Electric is hiring a full-time Residential Electrician for our Waukesha, WI office to deliver top-tier residential electrical services across the Greater Milwaukee area.

The role focuses on service calls, diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, and presenting service options to customers. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of residential experience, own tools, and a valid license; sales or commission experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential service experience.
• Ability to bring your own trade hand tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certified journeyman or master electrician; sales/commission experience a plus.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software preferred.
• Skilled problem solver with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service calls throughout the Greater Milwaukee area.
• Inspect systems, diagnose issues, and explain service options to customers.
• Address questions and concerns; recommend additional services to drive sales when able.
• Follow safety procedures and industry regulations while repairing systems.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with overtime available

YOUR ROLE:

You'll run residential service calls throughout the Greater Milwaukee area, completing impressive work that converts one-time clients into loyal customers! With a positive and professional attitude, you'll speak with customers about their electrical needs before inspecting their systems and diagnosing any issues. You'll explain the service options to the customer, answer any questions, address concerns, and recommend additional services to drive sales when able. As you repair their system, you'll make sure to follow all safety procedures and industry regulations.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of residential service experience
• Ability to bring your own trade hand tools
• Valid driver's license

Our ideal candidate is a certified journeyman or master electrician who has experience making sales or working within a commission-based role. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software would also be preferred. What matters most is that you're a skilled problem solver who thrives in hands-on roles and is focused on providing great customer service!
