You’ll follow on-call rotations roughly every 12–15 weeks, work with ServiceTitan and digital invoicing, and be part of a growing local team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong residential knowledge and experience with service calls in homes.
• Rigorous adherence to safety regulations and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Fluent in English to communicate options to homeowners.

Responsibilities

You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.Day to day, that means:Diagnosing and resolving issues across a range of systems.Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns.Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision.Owning your numbers.
