The candidate will diagnose issues, explain options, and provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on safety and compliance. A valid driver's license and 4+ years of experience are required, along with ongoing training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential electrical service.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential electrical systems and components.
• Inspect electrical systems for code or safety concerns; recommend solutions.
• Explain repair options to customers and provide excellent service.
• Complete service calls efficiently with high-quality workmanship and code compliance.
• Document work, materials used, and customer recommendations in company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and proper tool maintenance.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
