The candidate will diagnose issues, explain options, and provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on safety and compliance. A valid driver's license and 4+ years of experience are required, along with ongoing training and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete service calls efficiently with high-quality workmanship and code compliance.
• Document work, materials used, and customer recommendations in company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and proper tool maintenance.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience + bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential electrical systems and components.
• Inspect electrical systems and identify code or safety concerns while recommending appropriate solutions.
• Explain repair and replacement options to customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout each job.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes.
• Document completed work, materials used, and customer recommendations using company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Must have 4+ years in residential electrical service experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
• Ability to diagnose electrical issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
