Gold Medal Service seeks a technical Electrical Service Technician to perform residential electrical repairs, diagnostics, and installations while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will travel to homes in the service area, maintain vehicle stock and safety equipment, and help customers decide between repair and replacement options. This full-time role emphasizes safety, code compliance, and career growth.

Qualifications

• years' electrician experience
• Willingness to pursue continuing education
• Residential service experience preferred
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and practical application
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
• Must have a valid and clean driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair electrical components in a residential environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatcher to maintain schedule
• Obtain customer authorization/signature for payment at job completion
• Meet or exceed performance and sales targets
• Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replacement options
• Assist in scheduling replacement consultations
