Job summary

Call The Bee is seeking a skilled Residential Electrical Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience and a valid CT electrical license where required by regulation, with the ability to work on four 10-hour shifts and occasional nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Residential Electrical Service Technician or similar role
• Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and components; ability to diagnose and repair issues

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in residential properties
• Perform general electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace faulty electrical equipment, wiring or fixtures
• Inspect and maintain circuit breakers and transformers for safe operation
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints for installation or repair
• Ensure all work complies with national electrical codes and state/local regulations
• Explain issues, solutions and outcomes clearly to customers and upsell when appropriate
• Track repairs and service calls using Service Titan with detailed documentation
• Follow safety protocols to protect customers and team members
