You will work closely with teams, customers, and leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and quality, reading plans and documenting progress.

Entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or GED; 0-2 years of experience; on-site work with travel; strong safety mindset and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to support project execution.
• Support diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work.
• Support project timelines and assist with resolving operational concerns in the field.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and job site conditions for safety and efficiency.
• Assist senior technicians and support field operations as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with customers and partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
