Northern One Hour Heating, Northern Ben Franklin Plumbing & Northern Mister Sparky Electric is hiring experienced Electrical Apprentices for residential services in the Twin Cities metro. This opportunity targets 3rd and 4th year apprentices to learn from Journeyman and Master Electricians while building a long-term career.

The role involves installation, service calls, remodels, and new construction, with steady work, on-the-job training, and opportunities to advance toward Journeyman license.

Qualifications

• Documented hours with 3+ years residential electrical experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of wiring, lighting, panels, outlets, and fixtures.
• Help with residential remodels and service upgrades.
• Pull wire, run conduit, and support troubleshooting work.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Follow Minnesota State Electrical Code.
• Load/unload materials and organize tools.
