Job summary

P.I.L.O.T. Services in Berlin, NJ is seeking a Residential Direct Support Professional for full-time Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–11pm. You will support adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities in daily activities, outings, and therapeutic routines.

Role involves hands-on care, transportation, activity planning, (EHR) documentation, and teamwork to create a safe, engaging environment. Training provided and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience desired, but not necessary; we will train and support you.
• Desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• A valid New Jersey auto driver's license with less than 5 points; probationary not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide active support and supervision for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
• Transport individuals to community outings, trips, and recreational events.
• Create meaningful environments and activities that foster growth and interests.
• Contribute to planning and development of community-based activities.
• Participate in arts, crafts, cooking, and other interactive activities in the day facility.
• Document supports provided at day end using the EHR system.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure engaging daily activities.
