Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a subcontractor to replace drywall in a large residential project in Virginia Beach, VA. The job involves measuring, cutting, hanging, taping, and finishing approximately 2,500 SF of drywall with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid contractor's license for Virginia.
• General liability insurance.
• Worker's comp insurance.
• Business license.
• Background check and DMV report on owner.
• Subcontractor packet must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and cutting drywall.
• Hanging drywall sheets, taping, applying joint compound, sanding and finishing surface.
• Jobsite clean-up and emphasis on customer satisfaction.
