Job summary

ServiceMaster in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a reliable subcontractor to replace drywall on a 2500 SF residential project. You will measure, cut, hang, tape, apply joint compound, and finish surfaces to a high standard.

Franchise operates with Net 15 pay and a flexible schedule. You must hold a jurisdictional contractor's license, carry liability and workers' compensation insurance, and complete the subcontractor packet. Your work will emphasize customer satisfaction and a clean jobsite.

Qualifications

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License.
• General Liability Insurance.
• Worker's Comp Insurance.
• Business License.
• Background Check and Motor Vehicle report on owner.
• Would need to fill out subcontractor packet.
