Job summary

The Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling team is seeking a Drain & Sewer Installer to join our Wisconsin crew. You will install and replace residential sewer and drain lines, perform sewer excavations, and ensure proper grading and drainage on customer sites.

You will work on-site across residential properties, reading measurements, maintaining a clean job site, and communicating professionally with homeowners and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential underground plumbing/sewer installation experience preferred.
• Experience installing 2,3,4,6,8" sewer lines, water services, and underground drainage systems.
• Experience with trenching around residential properties.
• Ability to properly grade and slope sewer lines.
• Experience with underground piping materials (PVC, SDR, HDPE, PEX).
• Ability to identify existing underground utilities and work safely around them.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential sewer and drain lines.
• Perform sewer excavations and underground plumbing work.
• Install cleanouts, sewer mains, water service lines, and drain piping.
• Repair or replace piping materials and assist with trenching and site restoration.
• Safely operate or assist with excavation equipment and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates.
