Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Slippery Rock, PA. The role involves direct care, ADL support, and assisting with daily activities in a nonprofit setting with paid training and a 3:00pm–11:00pm shift.

Pay rate is $16.25/hour with opportunities for flexible schedules and benefits through Merakey. This is a mission-driven position supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with emphasis on independence and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
