Job summary

Lifetime Assistance, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional – Residential in Brockport, NY. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Saturday-Wednesday 3p-11p, with Thursday and Friday off.

Starting wage is $21.55/hour, offering opportunities to develop caregiving skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Primary responsibilities include personal care, daily living support, and documentation in the Electronic Health Record, with potential for growth and professional development

Qualifications

No prior experience required; ideal candidates are dependable, friendly, caring and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities including hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals and household tasks.
Support individuals in developing independence, self-help, and social skills.
Ensure health, safety and well-being, including medication administration if certified.
Implement and document progress on individualized service plans and daily supports.
Encourage community integration and participation in social and recreational activities.
Drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed.
