Job summary

Wildwood Programs Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Residential - Floater) to provide daily living support in our Capital Region residences. This full-time role pays $19.45-$25.05 per hour and includes travel to multiple sites as needed.

You will assist residents with activities such as cooking, laundry, errands, and personal care, helping people with disabilities gain independence. A NYS license and clean driving record are required; lifting up to 50 lbs is part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive, encouraging attitude.
• Professional and patient with people with disabilities.
• Valid NYS license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (cooking, laundry, errands).
• Take individuals to appointments and activities; write notes as needed.
• Help residents develop independence and life skills.
• Travel to multiple residences as needed; provide coverage throughout Capital Region.
