As an In-Home Sales Representative at West Shore Home, you are positioned for success through pre-set appointments paired with an uncapped base salary plus commission structure, supported by a team and training program to help you advance your career.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and be supported by our Team Leads, Sales Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and regional leadership.

What You’ll Contribute

This role involves:

  • A monthly rotating schedule with specific days and appointment times, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Attending weekly meetings and training sessions
  • Leading clients through a personalized one-call close sales process

There is no cold-calling or lead generation required, as all leads are warm and pre-confirmed, allowing you to focus on selling.

What It Takes to Succeed

We value a proactive, results-oriented mindset and provide training and tools for success. Candidates should have:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly
  • A competitive drive to succeed
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but recent graduates or those from customer-facing roles are also encouraged to apply
  • A valid smartphone or device for logging into company systems with two-factor authentication
