Job summary

Uyeta Landscape and Maintenance in Renton, WA is seeking a Landscape Supervisor with 5+ years of experience to lead and coach Enhancement crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This full-time role requires strong leadership and hands-on expertise in landscape installation.

You will supervise crew operations, interpret plans, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and maintain safety across job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of landscape enhancement construction experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment safely (excavators, dingo, skid steer, front loader).
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work without supervision and use gained knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Enhancement crews.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems and water features.
• Perform paver installation and maintenance.
• Install retaining walls and fences.

Job description

Join our team at Uyeta Landscape as a leading company in residential construction and installation industry. We are seeking a Landscape Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and manage Enhancement crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a full-time position based in Renton, WA.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $26.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. There is also potential for bonus pay.
