Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited program
• 5+ years of professional experience with residential projects, including 2+ years in construction documents
• Strong documentation and detailing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Collaborative studio environment experience

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a variety of custom residential projects across all design phases
• Develop detailed construction documents and technical drawings
• Create 3D models and architectural renderings
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and consultant teams
• Review shop drawings and support quality control
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and clients

Education

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch.)
