Housekeeper Heroes is hiring Residential & Heavy Chore Cleaners to deliver detailed cleaning and home organization in private residences. This hands-on role includes standard cleaning and deeper tasks, with emphasis on following systems and checklists.

The position is centered on thorough work, independent execution, and dependable service, contributing to high-quality spaces for clients and ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or deep cleaning preferred (but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to cleaning.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and company policies.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Complete deep cleans and heavy-chore tasks: move-out/move-in, appliance cleaning, decluttering, and edge work.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and correctly.
• Communicate clearly with scheduling staff and supervisors.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes.
