• Experience as a residential cleaner, house cleaner, maid, or cleaning technician is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently without rushing.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable with physical work (bending, lifting, standing, repetitive motion).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services, including: Recurring house cleaning, Deep cleaning, Move-in / move-out cleaning, Organization and heavy-duty cleaning.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and offices.
• Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and correctly.
• Work in private homes and senior households with professionalism and care.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs.
