Job summary

Guardian Protection in the United States seeks a Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service to a national customer base. You will efficiently handle calls related to security products, home automation, billing, and account inquiries while providing first-line troubleshooting.

Based on a dynamic team, you will build strong client relationships, promote products, and coordinate with technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Call center experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with computer-based applications and typing 35 wpm.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls related to security products, alarm monitoring, home automation, billing, and account inquiries.
• Provide first-line technical support and escalate to technical teams as needed.
