Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for custom home construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and plans to determine labor, material, and subcontractor requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop accurate project budgets and cost breakdowns; track project costs and budgets throughout construction.
• Identify budget variances and potential cost issues early.
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Order and coordinate materials for projects; obtain and compare pricing.
