Location

Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Department Responsibilities

• Provide custodial services for residential areas and grounds
• Clean residential units, including apartments, lounges, bathrooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, shampoo rugs, wash blinds, ceilings, windows, and walls
• Maintain cleanliness of trash and laundry areas, and assist with residential unit preparations
• Perform snow removal, safety inspections, and grounds cleaning

Job Summary

Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties for offices, restrooms, public, and residence areas. Assist with general labor and minor repairs.

Qualifications

None required; on-the-job training provided. Preferred: Degree in a related field, customer service, and cleaning experience.

Salary and Benefits
