Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Previous experience in a janitorial role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leasing office and common areas clean and attractive.
• Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Complete assigned cleaning requests and repairs timely.

Skills

Valid driver's license and vehicle

Ability to identify cleaning and chemical supplies

Ability to frequently transport up to 50 pounds

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
