University of Georgia is seeking a Residential Building Services Worker II for its University Housing facilities in Athens. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining 1,200+ resident spaces, with mandatory weekend and on-call coverage and summer transition tasks.

You will work in a fast-paced, student-centered environment, using custodial tools and computer systems. The position requires good communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety practices, reporting to the Housing-Facilities-Build

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work on a 24/7 residential program with weekend/after-hours shifts.
• Must be available to work specified shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and sanitize residence areas including bathrooms, floors, kitchens, laundry rooms, and shared spaces.
• Perform summer projects and rotate cleaning duties for special events and orientations.
• Participate in on-call, weekend and after-hours duties as required.
