Job summary

The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Residential Crisis Worker for Broadway Crossings CRU in South Portland, Maine. You will provide direct care, crisis stabilization, and a home-like environment for adults in crisis, collaborating with clinicians and a team to support treatment goals.

The role includes medication administration per CRMA guidelines, documentation, group activities, and driving as needed. Full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher education or High School Diploma with related experience required.
• Encouraged to apply: MHRT-1/C/CSP, CRMA, DSP, CNA, PSS certifications.
• Ability to obtain MHRT-1 and CRMA certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and professional client support to help achieve crisis stabilization goals.
• Ensure safety of clients, staff, and community members.
• Liaise with community resources for client support.
• Lead recreational and therapeutic group activities.
• Administer medications per CRMA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely client service records.
• Provide a home-like residential environment.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
