Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in direct care, mental health, or a related field.
• Age 21+ with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working with individuals with behavioral and medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living needs: hygiene, meals, medication, and mobility.
• Promote independence through skill-building and routine development.
• Provide emotional support and behavioral redirection.
