This role supports adults with developmental and brain injuries in a person-centered group home, helping them build life skills and community connections. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, valid MA driver's license, ability to drive a residence van, and experience working with adults with brain injuries or developmental

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma.
• Experience working with adults with brain injuries or developmental disabilities.
• Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and be able to operate a residence van.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a group home serving individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries.
• Promote community integration by supporting access to resources, fostering relationships, and reducing stigma.
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment and implement crisis interventions when needed.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Support Plans and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
